For our company, we are looking for an Operations Manager / CEO Office at Prodim International.

 

Job Description:
Are you a smart, structured, and entrepreneurial professional who thrives on building an international organization? We are looking for a right hand to the CEO who helps take our commercial and operational processes to the next level.
You are positioned at the heart of the organization and switch daily between sales, marketing, and operations. You ensure that processes run smoothly and that our inside sales team performs at its best.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Coordination and structuring of the inside sales team
• Monitoring and optimizing the sales pipeline (CRM)
• Preparing and following up on commercial processes and demos
• Aligning sales, marketing, and operations
• Optimizing internal processes and workflows
• Acting as a sparring partner to the CEO on operational and commercial matters

 

Profile:

• HBO+/WO level of thinking and working
• 3–8 years of experience in operations, sales, or commercial roles
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot / Salesforce)
• Strong in structure, communication, and ownership
• International mindset (fluent in English)
• Affinity with technology / manufacturing industry is a plus
