We have an excellent product; the Proliner, and besides this machine we also do the software, we take care of selling and helping customers to use it. We have an enthusiastic team with nice international colleagues from around 10 countries.
To support our international sales department, we are looking for an International Sales Specialist to strengthen and improve our market position.
Job Description:
In this position you start with a thorough in-house training period, where you assist in providing product demonstration and inside sales. After this period you are able to sell our complete product and software range for digital templating solutions by creating new accounts, maintaining existing customers and by giving technical demonstrations. To achieve your sales target, you need to attend international exhibitions ad be present in your sales areas. Also after sales is a part of the job, for example helping customers with technical questions. or giving training to new customers. Your regular activities consist of:
• Presenting the Proliner (and software) by giving technical demonstrations to sell our products
• Direct sales (by target area) on an international level. This includes to make quotations, negotiate prices and conditions, following up on quotations and staying in contact with your (new) customers
• Give training and advice how to use our Proliner solutions in various industries worldwide
• Attend international fairs and open houses from our agents
• All activities that help the company grow
Job Requirements:
Must:
• You are not afraid to sell a technical product, and you know that you need to understand it yourself and be able to use it effectively to sell it well
• You are independent, have a pro-active attitude and you are a hands-on individual who seeks out the knowledge you need within the organization
• You enjoy making calls, love achieving results and are happy to prove customers with basic training
• Professional command of the English language (written and spoken) and one or more other languages
• You have a matching background and an interest in technology, foremost what you can do with it
• Knowledge of social media is a must
• You enjoy engaging with people and the international aspect is what appeals to you
• Driver license B
• Available for 32 up to 40 hours a week
Nice to have:
• Familiar with Proliner and basic CAD (e.g. worked in the past with the Proliner or you have the skills to quickly master this)
• Some experience in international sales
• Familiar with CNC machinery in wood/glass/stone fabrication
• Knowledge of other languages like German, Polish, Romanian or other (Slavic) languages
