Job Description:

An international growth role with a focus on Europe, combined with exposure to regions such as the Middle East and Latin America.

You will work directly with the CEO, operate actively in the market, travel regularly (including trade shows), and translate commercial opportunities into concrete results.

This is not an administrative role, but a hands-on business position for someone who takes initiative and leads from the front — a true leader by example.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Actively contribute to growth and market development within Greater Europe
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities in other regions such as the Middle East and Latin America
• Build and maintain relationships with international customers and partners
• Participate in and attend international trade shows and events
• Support and execute business development activities
• Connect sales, marketing, and operations in practice
• Contribute to market approach strategies per country and region
• Take a hands-on approach to commercial and operational challenges
• Act as a sparring partner to the CEO on commercial and operational topics

 

Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s level (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an international, commercial, and/or operational role
• Excellent command of English + at least one additional language (preferably German and/or French)
• Strong international profile, with experience in European markets
• Experience with or affinity for the manufacturing industry / fabricators / production environments
• Hands-on mentality: you get things done
• Commercially sharp and results-driven
• Experience with international trade shows and networking
• Strong communicator, able to switch easily between stakeholders
• Independent, proactive, and responsible
• Natural leadership and a clear leader-by-example mindset
