For our HR and Finance department, we are looking for an experienced HR & Administration Officer who independently manages personnel and administrative processes.
Job Description:
You are responsible for the correct and efficient execution of HR and personnel administration and act as the point of contact for employees and management. You work independently, maintain oversight, and ensure that processes are accurate and continue to run smoothly.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Full management of onboarding and offboarding
- Management and updating of personnel files and contracts
- Preparing and checking payroll administration
- Managing leave, absenteeism, and time registration
- Supporting and preparing employee performance reviews
- Managing and updating the employee handbook
- Coordinating absenteeism and occupational health guidance in cooperation with external occupational health services
- Managing insurance policies and contracts
- Processing and checking invoicing and administrative workflows
- Supporting management in administrative and organizational matters
Profile
- MBO+/HBO level of thinking and working
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with HR administration, absenteeism, and payroll processes
- Independent, structured, and reliable
- Discreet in handling confidential information
- Able to set priorities and monitor processes
- Knowledge of Exact software is a plus
- Dutch language skills are required
