We work with an enthusiastic, international team of colleagues from around 10 different countries. To support our back office and internal sales team, we are currently looking for a Back Office / Internal Sales Representative.

 

Position: Back Office / Internal Sales Representative
Location: Helmond, the Netherlands
Hours: 32–40 hours per week (preferred)
Contract type: Full-time or part-time possible

 

Your Role
As a Back Office / Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
• Following up on leads and creating new customer relationships
• Preparing and following up on quotations, negotiating, and finalizing orders
• Advising customers on the use and application of our measurement solutions
• Working closely with colleagues from the external sales team to ensure smooth sales processes
• Providing after-sales support: answering (technical) questions, coordinating repairs, and conducting customer satisfaction follow-ups
• Performing administrative tasks such as invoicing, order management, and reporting

 

This role is a good fit for you if you:
• Have MBO+ or HBO (associate/bachelor) level of education
• Are fluent in English and German; Dutch is a plus, but not required
• Have strong communication skills and commercial awareness
• Are result-oriented and able to act in the best interest of the company
• Have basic knowledge of computer systems; experience with Exact Online is a plus
• Understand the value and impact of Prodim’s solutions for our customers

 

Preferred qualifications:
• Some experience in international sales
• Additional language skills such as French, Polish, Romanian, or other (Slavic) languages
