Prodim

Dear Customer,
Thank you for choosing Prodim Factory software.
Follow the steps below and helpful information to complete your installation.

 

NOTES
Your license is coupled with a USB License Dongle (blue stick, see the image below), which you have received from Prodim, together with your Proliner machine or in a dedicated package, when purchased separately. You can install the program on different PCs, but it can be run only once per time as the dongle has to be plugged in.

INSTALLATION/LICENSING

 

 

 

1. PREP
Start your PC and make sure you have an internet connection.
Plug in the Prodim USB License Dongle to your PC.

 

 

2. DOWNLOAD IT
Factory installer – download. Version 5.0

 

3. INSTALL IT
Unzip and run the installer on your PC with administrator rights.

 

4. LICENSE IT
Launch the program. A licensing dialog will appear automatically.
Make sure “USB Dongle” is selected. Pres “Download”.

The program automatically retrieves and installs the license. Restart if needed.

No connection to the internet is possible? Contact Prodim for assistance.

1. TUTORIAL/MANUALS

– Manuals/Tutorials are built-in in into the program.
– Click on the Question-mark icon in the top right corner.
– Choose Manual to read documents or make use of the Inline description (F1 button) and then click on a specific function for a short explanation.
– In addition, consider consulting our online tutorial videos.

2. SAMPLE DATA (LIBRARY MODULE)

Note: more cut-outs examples are available on demand. Unzip and import it into the Library module.

3. SMARTPHONE APPS
You can download Prodim’s smartphone apps (Android) by visiting Google Play Store, or by clicking here. 

Our apps include: Prodim Slapp (for Factory) but also: Proliner Remote, Proliner Update, Proliner File Transfer (for Proliner).

 

Note: Losing Prodim USB License Dongle means having to purchase a new software license
