Van den Oudenrijn streamlines renovation projects with the Proliner
Van den Oudenrijn is a family-owned company based in Bodegraven, the Netherlands. Founded in 1922, the company specializes in the production and installation of wooden window frames for renovation projects, primarily for contractors and homeowners’ associations. With 45 employees and two production facilities, Van den Oudenrijn has extensive experience in the renovation market.
The renovation market is growing rapidly, and the demand is extending beyond window frames to include windows and doors. In renovation projects, however, these elements are often far from perfectly square, making accurate measurements is essential for a successful installation.
Until recently, Van den Oudenrijn outsourced its measurement work to a fellow joinery company that uses the Proliner. As the need for accurate measurements continued to grow, the company decided to bring this expertise in-house.
Van den Oudenrijn recently invested in its own Proliner V9, allowing the company to carry out measurements independently. This has given the company greater flexibility and more control over the renovation process. In addition to measuring its own projects, Van den Oudenrijn can now also offer its measuring services to other companies, which can use the measurement data for production.
Another key advantage is the ability to measure multiple elements of a renovation project in a single session. Instead of measuring only the window frames, for example, Van den Oudenrijn can also capture the dimensions of a front door or other elements at the same time.
