For years, TB Boten has been working with the Proliner to measure custom EVA foam boat flooring. The system has become an established part of their workflow, supporting the process from measuring and designing to producing flooring that fits the boat accurately.
With the Proliner already within the company, TB Boten recently visited Prodim for additional training. As the measuring responsibilities were transferred to other members of the team, the training ensured a smooth handover of knowledge and gave them the skills needed to confidently continue working with the Proliner. At the same time, the training allowed the team to discover additional possibilities within the Proliner and further optimize their existing measuring and design workflow.
From measuring to a finished boat floor
For TB Boten, the process starts with accurately measuring the boat. The measurement data is then used to design the flooring before the individual parts are produced and installed in the boat. By using the Proliner for this process, the team can create accurate digital templates of the boat floor and use this data throughout the rest of the production process.

Continuing with the Proliner
TB Boten will continue using the Proliner primarily for measuring boat floors. By combining their existing experience with the additional knowledge gained during the training, the company can keep the knowledge within the team while continuing to improve and optimize its digital measuring and production workflow.
