Öztürk Mermer expands capacity with a second Proliner
Öztürk Mermer, established in 1983, is a Turkish manufacturer of stone surfaces for kitchens, bathrooms, and architectural applications such as flooring, wall cladding, façades, and bespoke projects in hospitality and luxury environments. Over the years, the company has strengthened its operations by integrating advanced measuring technology into its daily practice.
For more than 14 years, the Proliner has played a central role in how Öztürk Mermer captures measurements on-site. By moving away from traditional templating methods, the company is able to record complex shapes and dimensions directly and prepare them for production without intermediate steps. This approach reduces dependency on manual adjustments and shortens the overall lead time from measurement to installation.
The data collected with the Proliner is used to guide production in the workshop, where stone elements are processed using Italian Breton machinery. Because measurements are already finalized before fabrication begins, components arrive on-site ready to install, minimizing delays and reducing the need for corrections during assembly.
Öztürk Mermer handles around 15 projects per day, ranging from residential countertops to larger-scale wall and flooring applications. The use of the Proliner supports this volume by enabling fast turnaround in the measuring phase and maintaining consistency across different project types.
In response to increasing demand, the company expanded its capacity at the end of 2025 with the purchase of a second Proliner. This allows multiple teams to operate simultaneously and improves planning flexibility across ongoing projects.
