Steenhouwerij Tieberghien invests in the Proliner for precision and efficiency
Steenhouwerij Tieberghien is a family business based in Eeklo, Belgium. Established in 1956, it is now in its third generation since 2012. They source directly from the quarry, which provides them with great flexibility in terms of thicknesses and dimensions of slabs.
In the past, their work primarily focused on tombstones, but nowadays the emphasis is on interiors, such as kitchen countertops and side and rear walls. In addition to these activities, they still produce tombstones.
Niels Tieberghien: “There are higher demands in our work these days. It is essential to invest in the latest machines. That’s why we chose the Proliner. This digital measuring device is fast and highly accurate. Given the current high demand, every half hour saved on measuring is invaluable. That’s what the Proliner offers. We were already familiar with the Proliner, but now was the right time to invest in this digital measuring device.”
